1. Choose a product or describe your requirement
Browse our artificial plants and trees and include the Item No. or product link. This helps us identify the correct model and size.
Still comparing options? Tell us the plant type, approximate height and intended use. You do not need a complete product specification before contacting us.
2. Give a target quantity and destination
State the quantity for each item in pieces or cartons, and name the unit. Include your destination country; add the delivery city or port if known.
Our MOQ is generally 50 cartons per item. Custom-order MOQs are confirmed case by case. Pieces per carton vary by product, so check the selected product page rather than applying one carton quantity to every model.
3. Add any requirements you already know
Use the Requirements / Message field for your preferred arrival date, application or changes to the size, shape, pot, colour, packaging, labels or barcodes. Customization options are reviewed for the selected product and order.
If your project has UV or fire-performance requirements, include the required standard or document request. Requirements need confirmation during quotation; they are not a statement that every catalogue product has those properties.
The production lead time is generally 2–3 months. During peak seasons, allow more than three months. Shipping time is additional, so tell us if you have a fixed arrival deadline.
