Artificial Tree Packaging: Carton Size and Pieces per Carton

Understand pieces per carton, carton dimensions and regular packaging when sourcing artificial trees. See a real product example and what to confirm.

When comparing artificial trees for a wholesale order, check the packaging details alongside the product dimensions. Overall tree height, carton size and pieces per carton describe different things.

Read the two packaging fields together

Pieces per carton tells you how many products are packed in one carton. Carton size gives the listed dimensions of that carton. Neither field describes the tree’s displayed shape or footprint.

For example, the 110 cm Artificial Ficus Tree lists:

FieldCatalogue value
Item No.YP-A008S-351
Overall product height110 cm
Pieces per carton4
Carton size125 × 35 × 18 cm

At four pieces per carton, 50 cartons contain 200 pieces. This is a calculation for this model’s listed packing quantity, not a packing rule for every YingPlants product.

Do not use tree height as packed height

A product’s overall dimensions are measured with its foliage naturally arranged. Its packing arrangement must be confirmed separately. Do not assume that a shorter carton means a knock-down (KD) or detachable construction.

If assembly after unpacking matters to your retail programme or project, ask us to confirm the packing and unpacking method for your selected Item No.

Regular or custom packaging?

YingPlants uses simple regular packaging unless custom packaging is agreed. The Factory page shows a real regular-packaging example from our own factory. Packing details vary by product and order; the example does not mean every item uses exactly the same materials or arrangement.

For retail-ready or branded packaging, include your requirements in the enquiry. These may include labels, barcodes, private-label artwork or a preferred packing format. The details are confirmed for your order.

What should I send for a packaging quotation?

Start with the Item No., quantity and destination country. Add your packaging requirements if you have them. If packed gross weight, pallet dimensions or a specific unpacking method are important to your decision, ask for those details explicitly. Product net weight alone does not give the shipping weight.

You can send reference files by email after our sales team replies. You do not need finished packaging artwork to make an initial enquiry.
